Sleeping 6, Tapalla Point is a quintessential, stylish beach house located in Huskisson's most sought after area. It is located in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of Sailor's Beach and has direct access to the beautiful Moona Moona Creek.

This property is professionally managed as part of the largest portfolio of 100+ holiday houses in Jervis Bay with its office in Hyams Beach and 7 x 24 customer service.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location- Tapalla Point is located in Beach Street, which is a quiet cul de sac that leads to the unformed Tapalla Avenue. The property has vehicle access down a lane way that leads off Beach Street, and as Tapalla Ave is unformed, the front of the house has direct access to Moona Moona Creek, across a cycle way. Tapalla Point is also within easy walking distance of Sailor's Beach.

Key Features- Tapalla Point is a comfortable beach house in a fantastic location. It is perfect for either a couple, a group of friends or a small family getaway.

Configuration- Tapalla Point is a single level home with three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area, sunroom and internal laundry.

Outdoors - Tapalla Point has a lovely veranda on the front of the house leading on to a grass area which takes you to Moona Moona Creek. The house also has a fully fenced yard.

Heating and cooling- Tapalla Point has ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot summer nights and a gas heater for the cool ones.

Linen- Tapalla Point provides linen and towels. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.

Parking- There is enough parking for 2 vehicles off the laneway that leads to the property from Beach Street.

Pets - pets are permitted at Tapalla Point however we ask that you bring your own dog bed, control your dog whilst at the house, and do not allow your dog to be on the furniture or beds at any time whatsoever. The deck overlooking Moona Moona Creek can be closed off for your dog, and there is a fully fenced yard.

Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January

Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.

Special information- please do not block the laneway access with your vehicle.
