"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers a "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival, if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location -Elouera is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy ten-minute walk to Blenheim Beach or Greenfield Beach, and only a 20-minute walk to Hyams Beach.
Key Features -The north-facing deck with filtered views of Jervis Bay through the native bush provides a tranquil setting for afternoon entertainment.
Configuration -This spacious, well-appointed house offers three large bedrooms all with their own designer bathrooms. The upstairs street level offers a perfect open plan living with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors, an expansive northern deck with cover, a modern kitchen with high-grade appliances, and serving window to the front entertaining deck. The main bedroom is on street level, with north-facing views; and walk-through wardrobe to a large ensuite. Downstairs, another two bedrooms offer private access to a rear courtyard. On the same level is a large living area with a rumpus/TV room great for kids, a library and a laundry.
Outdoors -Elouera spoils you for choice with a large decked entertaining area at the front of the house with BBQ and outdoor dining table under a large gumtree. The north-facing deck leading out from the living provides partial water views. Accessed via the downstairs living is a paved patio and secret garden area.
Heating and Cooling -There is a gas fireplace in the upstairs living room to ensure comfortable winter living. Each living room and bedroom is also fitted with an electric heater. The house is easily opened to allow the breeze from all directions and the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Linen -High-quality linen is provided at Elouera for all beds and bathrooms. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking -Elouera has ample parking for two cars. The garage is reserved for the owner's use.
Pets -Elouera is a dog-friendly property with dogs able to be contained inside or in the northern courtyard (the rear yard is not fenced).
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter, and seven-night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -During peak season, our properties have designated change-over days to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special information: The internal staircase and unfenced backyard should be noted for families with small children.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
