Please note that Blue Pearl allows a maximum of 10 guests and MAY not be used as a venue for large gatherings. The house is fitted with external CCTV cameras for security and monitoring.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Blue Pearl is very centrally located in Vincentia, with direct access from the back gate to Collingwood Beach. The local shops are an easy walk from the house - 100 m away. This strip at Vincentia is north east facing, so all houses have a great sun aspect and some of the best views of Jervis Bay. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park are all an easy drive away.

Configuration - Blue Pearl is a double storey home with terraced gardens that create a third, beach front level.
Upstairs / the street level has 3 bedrooms, the master queen along with two singles. A large two-way bathroom, a modern kitchen and a stylish and spacious living area. The large tiled main deck is also on this level, with glass ballustrading and a section that is protected by floor to ceiling glass panels from the wind.
The downstairs level has the 4th bedroom with queen sized bed, the 5th bedroom with one queen bed and on king single bunk bed(i.e. sleeping 4), a combined laundry/kitchenette with shower and toilet, and a large rumpus room. The rumpus room has stylish shuttering and direct access to the tiered, landscaped gardens, as well as the beach.
Blue Pearl also has a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Outdoors - fully fenced with elegantly landscaped gardens, this home offers both privacy and security, yet has the beach and cycle path right at its front door! There is also asunken outdoor entertaining nook for days when the Nor-Easter is blowing and a beautiful tiled balcony leading out from the upstairs living with sweeping views of Jervis Bay. Blue Pearl also has a hot and cold outdoor shower.
Heating and Cooling - Blue Pearl has ceiling fans in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and the top and bottom floor living areas can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze. There are heaters for the cooler months.
Linen - linen and bath towels are provided at Blue Pearl. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - parking is provided for 4 vehicles - 2 in the large double lock up garage with access from Church Street, and 2 in anoff-street driveway with access from Elizabeth Drive. Vehicles and trailers are NOT to be parked on grassed areas.
Pets - unfortunately Blue Pearl is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our pet friendly properties.
Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
