Hawkesnest is a lovely complex of five luxurious townhouses - each beautifully appointed with luxury bedding, linen, appliances and furnishings. And all within very easy walking distance of White Sands Park and its beautiful beach. You will not be disappointed!

Location - Hawkesnest is centrally located at 44 Hawke Street, Huskisson. It is within walking distance of either the town centre,harbour, and the local beaches. Rear lane access also gives safer and easier access to either White Sands Park and its beautiful beach (250 metre walk via Bowen Street), or Huskission Beach (400 metre walk via Nowra Street).

Key Features - all townhouses in Hawkesnest are stylish, well appointed, carefully designed and fully landscaped - offering the complete package for a great weekend getaway or holiday. In addition, this townhouse has a private driveway, extra large upstairs entertaining deck and a second lounge with bar upstairs.

Configuration - this townhouse has a double storey configuration.

Downstairs has a double lock up garage with private driveway off Hawke St. The internal layout has an open plan kitchen, dining and comfortable living area, an outdoor deck with BBQ, a shared bathroom (shower and toilet), a European laundry,and one of the three bedrooms (queen bed).

Upstairs has two bedrooms:the queen bedroom has sliding louvre panels that can open up to the second lounge (complete with corner bar). The second bedroom has two single beds. The lounge opens onto a lovely, large entertaining deck with a second outdoor table. Both bedrooms on this level sharea good sized bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

All units at Hawkesnest have rear lane access to make the walk to the beaches easier, as well as use of the communal outdoor shower when you return.

Outdoors - the town house has one downstairs covered deck with outdoor table and chairs + BBQ, and a double sized upstairs deck, also partially covered. All gardens in the complex are fully landscaped with privacy screening and fencingerected where needed. There is rear lane access for walking to the beach and a shared outdoor shower.

Heating and Cooling - the townhouse has one split system airconditioning unit in the downstairs living, kitchen, dining area. Heaters and blankets are provided for each bedroom for the cooler months.

Linen - linen and bath towels are provided at Hawkesnest. Please however remember to bring your favourite beach towels.

Parking - parking is available for four vehicles - two in the large double lock up garage with direct access from Hawke Street, and two uncovered spaces on the driveway (in front of the garage).

Pets - 1/44 Hawke Street is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January

Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Special information - please be aware that the central driveway is shared by all five units and access should not be blocked.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
