"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Las Olas is located towards the top of Bayview Avenue in a lovely, quiet location. It is nonetheless an easy walk down Bayview Avenue to the main beach at Hyams, or along Cyrus Street to the Hyams Beach Cafe.
Key features - Las Olasis modern, well appointed, and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. It also has a lovely deck and good sized paved area for its own use.
Configuration - Las Olasis set over one level which encompasses a front deck with gas BBQ, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, bathroom (bath, shower, toilet), laundry area within the bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two single beds.
Special information- please be aware that Las Olas is the lower level of a two storey house, with a separate 2 bedroom unit upstairs that is occupied by the owners. The owner share a separate front door and parking area, and are very mindful of your peace and quiet during your stay.
Outdoors -Las Olas has its own deck and a large concreted area for parking or your own use.
Linen- Linen and bath towels are provided at Las Olas. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - Parking is off the street in front of the house on a concreted area.
Pets -Sorry, Las Olas is not a pet friendly property.
Heating and Cooling - Las Olas has one electric heater for cooler days, and in summer, it catches a good breeze and keeps nice and cool due to it being the lower level of the house.
Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
