Sleeping 8, Plantation Point is a large, master built beach house with fantastic accommodation for family, friends or holiday rental guests. It is very well located in the quiet pocket of Plantation Point, and has great views to Point Perpendicular and Jervis Bay.

This property is professionally managed as part of the largest portfolio of 100+ holiday houses in Jervis Bay with its office in Hyams Beach and 7 x 24 customer service.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -Plantation Point offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - Plantation Point, as its name suggests, is located in the Plantation Point area of Vincentia - a quiet pocket of beach houses with few through roads, a lovely park, and beautiful beaches. The closest beach is Nelsons Beach, but all other areas of Vincentia are easily accessed via the new coastal walking track / cycle path. Deas Thomson street is one street back from the watefront - giving great views but keeping a nice distance away from the hubbub of the park and beach strip.

Key features - Plantation Point is a spacious, well designed, well built and beautifully appointed home. Its configuration of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is also somewhat unique for holiday houses, giving plenty of room and privacy to all guests. It is very cleverly designed with double decks, double living areas, a downstairs kitchenette and lovely gardens. Therear yard can also be closed off to give you peace of mind about where the kids are.

Configuration - Plantation Point isa double storey home, configured as follows:

Downstairs has an entry deck from the street and three bedrooms - two with ensuite and one with a bathroom across the hallway. There is also a good sized living area, kitchenette and a good sized, covered deck on this level. The downstairs deck has a full operational pizza oven and a European laundry enclosed in large cupboards, out of sight.

The upstairs level has a very large master bedroom with en-suite and double glazed windows, a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, and a large covered deck with veiws to Jervis Bay.

The yard has great sitting areas, a swing for the kids and one of the best cubby houses and sand pits in Jervis Bay!

Outdoors - Plantation Point has lovely outdoor options - two large covered decks (upstairs with a view), lovely gardens,and good outdoor seating options - making it the perfect entertainer. The rear yard is also closed off from the road, giving you peace of mind about where the kids may be.

Heating and Cooling- Plantation Pointhas central air-conditioning for cooling in summer or heating in winter.

Linen - Plantation Point supplies linen,bath towels and a set of beach towels...so no need to bring anything!

Parking - there is off street parking for 2 - 3 cars on the driveway.

Pets - sorry, Plantation Point is not a pet-friendly property.

Minimum stay - there is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Special information- please note that the double lock up garage is reserved for use by the owners.
