Island Home is a comfortable, clean and very affordable beach house that is well located vis a vis the beaches and shops. It is perfect for a couple or a family of four.
"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location- Island Home is well located beach house, within easy walking distance of Orion beach, via Caroline or Minerva Street. From there you access the Vincential foreshore, and the cyclepath that runs from Huskisson to Plantation Point.

Configuration - Island Home is set over one level, with an entry hall, two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchen and laundry, and a living area with access to a sunny patio.
Outdoors - Island home has a small rear courtyard and a sunny patio that overlooks the shared lawn that belongs to this small complex of six villas.
Heating and cooling - Island Home has two oil heaters for cooler nights, and can be opened up to catch any available breeze.
Linen - Island Home does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - Island Home has one under cover car space. There is also generally ample public on-street parking the front of the complex (on Elizabeth Drive).
Pets - Island Home is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special information - note that the storage area in front of the car port is reserved for the owner's use.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
