"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Bayview on Bowen is located in the heart of Huskisson. Whitesands Park and Shark Net Beach are across the road and the local cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. The nearby towns of Vincentia and Hyams Beach are a short drive away.
Key features - Bayview on Bowen is a well equipped, luxury home. The double shower in the master ensuite is sure to impress, as well the large open plan living area that flows seamlessly to the back deck.
Configuration - When you enter Bayview on Bowen through the front door you will find the fourth bedroom with the tribunk immediately to your left. You then walk into the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that opens onto the back deck. Down the hallway you will find Bedroom Three and the master bedroom, both with queen beds. There is an impressive en-suite with a double shower and walk in robe off the master bedroom. Further down the hall is the functional laundry, main bathroom with large luxurious corner spa bath, and separate toilet, and Bedroom Two with two single beds. two high chairs and a porta cot are also available to cater for our young guests.
Outdoors - Bayview on Bowen has a fully fenced yard with a gate,allowing easy access to the beach and the park. The large back deck offers plenty of room for entertaining and BBQ-ing.
Linen- Linen and bath towels are provided at Bayview on Bowen. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.
Parking - There are two secure, underground parking spaces at Bayview on Bowen as well as plenty of street parking across the road and on Duncan Street.

Heating and Cooling - There is reverse cycle ducted air conditioning at Bayview on Bowen. The doors to the deck can also be opened to catch the breeze on those warmer days.
Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
