"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Harlequin Beach House has direct beach access across the cycle path. The house is set well back from the cycle path allowing a great feeling of privacy. The local shops are close by, as are the towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach. The boat ramp at Plantation Point is 450 metres down the road.
Key Features - Harlequin Beach home is a spacious, well designed, well built and beautifully appointed home. The clever design makes the most of the natural light views of the bay, and the well appointed kitchen is a dream to cook in.
Configuration - When you enter Harlequin Beach House you will find the bunk room immediately to your right and the laundry to your left. Further down the hall you will find the shared bathroom, the two bedrooms both with a queen and king single bed as well as the entrance to the courtyard and BBQ area. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, with ensuite and king bed, as well as access to the verandah. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area have views of the bay and access to the wide verandah, a perfect place to sit back and relax!
Outdoors - There are so many great outdoor options at Harlequin Beach House. There is a goodsized front lawn, and the glass sliding doors lead straight to the internal courtyardthat provides great shelter fromany north-easterly wind, or just a sunny outdoor space in cooler months. You can not beat the views from large full width verandah. You are also welcome to use the bikes at Harlequin Beach House to enjoy the nearby cycle path. There are two men's, one ladies and two boys' bikes available for your use, just remember to bring your own helmets.
Heating and Cooling - Harlequin Beach House has reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort, along with ceiling fans.
Linen - Harlequin Beach House does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by the guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is plenty of parking at Harlequin Beach House. There are two parking spaces inside the garage, as well as off street parking for up to six cars, so plenty of room to park a boat as well.
Pets - Pets are allowed at Harlequin Beach House on the understanding that they are clean, free of fleas and well-behaved. Please ensure your dog is dry and free of sand before allowing them inside the house. DO NOT allow your dog on beds or the lounge, or an additional cleaning fee may be charged. There are water and food bowls on the deck near the BBQ but please bring your dogs own bed. Security bond may be forfeited for pets brought to the property without prior permission or where pets cause damage to the house or garden.
Minimum stay -there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
