This amazing home is tucked away in a quiet part of Vincentia. Only moments from Blenheim beach, and an easy walk to beautiful Greenfields Beach. With generous living spaces, a large front deck and large cooks kitchen this home will not disappoint.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - 2 the C is located in thesought after southern precinct of Vincentia - only a short walk to beautiful Blenheim Beach and just a little further to Greenfields Beach where you can also walk through to Hyams Beachin 15 minutes, along a stunning stretch of coastline called the White Gum walk. The local shops are a five minute drive away, and the larger Vincentia Marketplace shopping center not much further.

Key Features - 2 the C has an large front deck amongst the treetops, perfect to sit back and watch the world go by. The large widows offer natural sun light and the ducted air con ensures even the hottest days are comfortable.

Configuration - 2 the C is a two storey house with the entry downstairs.Upon entering the home, you will find a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and its own outdoor access via a sliding door giving you privacy. Upstairs you have the open plan kitchen oozing quality which even the most fussy chef will be pleased with. The open plan living and dining area invites the cook to be part of the conversation. Large sliding doors open up to the front deck offering glimpses of the Bay through the trees providing shade on the hottest summer days. There is a separate play/reading area for the children, and down the hallway you will find the second queen bedroom, laundry, main bathroom and third bedroom with a set of king single bunks and a set of single bunks. Please note that the top bunks are not suitable for children under nine years of age.

Outdoors -The large front deck is a great area to relax at 2 the C, feeling like you are in the treetops. At the rear of the property, you will find another deck area that is ideal to catch the afternoon sun and offer protection from any winds.

Heating and Cooling - 2 the C has ducted aircon to keep you cool in the summer months. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the seabreeze.

Linen - Linen is provided at 2 the C, however please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Parking - There is enough space to park up to three cars on the driveway. The garage is reserved for the owners use.

Pets - 2 the C is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
