"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - The Hyams is located on 100 metres from the main beach at Hyams and is also a short, easy stroll to the cafe. The house is set back off the road and has a great rear deck and yard that provides plenty of privacy despite the central location - a perfect combination!
Key features - The Hyams is one of the best houses in Hyams Beach, with plenty of room for a gathering of friends or family, a large outdoor deck, external spa, en-suite to each bedroom and luxury linen...all only a stroll to the main beach.
Configuration - Step through the front doors into the height of comfort and quality at The Hyams. The house is split into a couple of levels with two living areas, one being a sunken lounge room with access to the outdoor undercover entertaining area and spa. The ultra modern kitchen has Miele appliances including a gas cook top and dishwasher. On this same level there are two large open bedrooms both with en-suite,flat screen TV, arm chair and reverse cycle airconditioning. Downstairs has another two bedrooms with ensuite plus a separate bathroom which have in-floor heating. Re bedding, the normal configuration is two bedrooms with king size beds and two bedrooms with two king single beds. Upon request, the two king single bedrooms can be made up as king beds - to give a total of four king beds.
Outdoors - There is a large entertaining deck, yard and elevated spa at the rear of the property. The BBQ is online gas and has a convenient sink. The two downstairs bedrooms have access to the outdoors.
Heating and Cooling - The Hyams is equipped with split system air-conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, however the downstairs bedrooms generally stay cool in summer. In winter, the opposite is true, so downstairs has under floor heating and the upstairs living and bedroom areas are heated via agas fireplace in the front living area.
Linen - The Hyams supplies all linen and bath towels.
Parking - There is a side driveway as well as a small parking bay. There is enough room for up to four cars as well as on-street parking.
Pets - The Hyams is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special information - Should you wish to change the bedding configuration we ask that it be made well in advance of your arrival to avoid disappointment.
The internal spa has been disabled but can still be used as a bath
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
