There is plenty of room for the whole family to come together, and set amongst the trees it is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your holiday.

"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - Las Olas is located towards the top of Bayview Avenue in a lovely, quiet location. It is nonetheless an easy walk down Bayview Avenue to the main beach at Hyams, or along Cyrus Street to the Hyams Beach Cafe.

Key features - Las Olas is a modern, well equipped home. The generous back deck is a great spot to relax whilst the BBQ is cooking. The tree top canopy helps keep the area cool during the hot summer days.

Configuration - Las Olas is two apartments with separate entrances. You enter the top apartment via the stairs that are half way down the driveway. Along the verandah you will find a sliding door, which takes you into the open plan kitchen, living and dinng area. Towards the back of the living area you find the two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with 2 singles. There is also a European style laundry and the bathroom.

The downstairs apartment is set over one level which encompasses a front deck with gas BBQ, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, bathroom (bath, shower, toilet), laundry area within the bathroom and two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two single beds.

Outdoors - Las Olas has two decks, one downstairs and a larger one upstairs. There is also a large back yard and two BBQ's for you to use.

Linen- Linen and bath towels are provided at Las Olas. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels.

Parking - There is parking for two cars at the bottom of the driveway and one parking spot to the right of the drive.

Pets - Sorry, Las Olas is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

Heating and Cooling- There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom upstairs. All of the windows and doors have flyscreens so you can catch the breeze.

Minimum stay - there is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

Peak changeover day - please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
