Location - located at the top of Hyam Road and adjoining the National Park, Tranquility is situated in a quiet area of Hyams Beach with bush walks from the back door. It is also an easy walk to the beaches and cafe.
Key features - a stylish home with comfortable furnishings, this cottage makes good use of space and natural light, and has everything you would need. It comes equipped with great applicances, an extensive library of CDs and books, and a BlueRay DVD machine stocked with music and classic movies - everything to make you feel right at home.
Configuration - Tranquility is set across one elevated level with a front balcony and a large back deck. The open plan kitchen / dining area is spacious and modern with direct access to the back deck. The lounge adjoins and has a cosy wood combustion fire. The bedrooms are light and spacious with one queen room having an en-suite. Both queen rooms have access to the rear deck.
Outdoors - Tranquility has a lovely rear entertainment deck. It is equipped with a four burner BBQ that is connected to the main gas supply of the house (no separate bottle), with additional built-in wok burner. The whole house is surrounded by landscaped garden beds filled with native plants.
Heating and Cooling - Tranquility comes with a combustion fireplace, a gas heater and two electric heaters along with a ceiling fans in both queen bedrooms and a moveable floor fan
Linen - linen and bath towels are provided at Tranquility. Please remember to bring yourfavourite beach towels.
Parking - there is a side driveway for two cars otherwise there is on-street parking.
Pets - Tranquility is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
