"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special - this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Location - Seascape Cottage sits on the beach side of Cyrus Street, right behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Either the main beach at Hyams, or the little middle beach in the village are any easy walk from here.
Key Features - compact, stylish, Hamptons Style townhouse in a very central location, with combustion fireplace.
Configuration - On the ground floor there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with windows looking into a leafy courtyard garden. One bedroom has a small private deck accessed via sliding doors. Also on this level is a bathroom with a roomy shower plus separate basin and toilet. Laundry is in a hidden cupboard in bathroom. Step upstairs into a light airy integrated living space with two decks both with ocean views to Bowen Island and Point Perpendicular.
Outdoors - There is a small communal garden shared with the townhouse next door. The decks have BBQ and outdoor setting. There is an outdoor shower.
Heating and Cooling - Seascape Cottage is equipped with a combustion fireplace. There is also a pedestal fan in the master bedroom and two electric heaters in both bedrooms.
Linen - Linen is provided at Seascape Cottage. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking - There is off street parking for one car in an uncovered parking spot in front of the townhouse.
Pets - Seascape Cottage is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special Information - in winter, Beluga Seaside Cottage is supplied with one good sized basket of firewood. If you need more firewood, please purchase more at your own expense.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
