Location - Salt Air is located in a lovely setting down a bush lane above Hyams Beach. It is on one of the outer upper roads of Hyams that provides privacy and seclusion but is still close to the village.
Key Features - A large relaxed two storey house with a wrap around verandah that looks out on to beautiful native trees. Salt Air has plenty of space both inside and out and would be ideal for a family holiday.
Configuration - Upstairs is the main bedroom, a shower/toilet bathroom and games/lounge area. The stair case over looks the large and open living space below which fronts onto the back part of the wrap around verandah. The kitchen is spacious and the downstairs bathroom has both bath and shower. There is also a laundry. The remaining bedrooms are at the front of the house off the hall entrance.
Outdoors - The property backs on to the bush with a lawned area below the deck that has garden chairs and an outdoor bath tub. The wrap around deck has outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
Heating and Cooling - Salt Air includes two built-in electric heaters in the two front bedrooms.
Linen - Salt Air does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is a single carport and enough room for two cars on the driveway. Parking is not a problem in this street.
Pets - Salt Air is a not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access - NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you may use it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
