Location - Tulip Beach House is located at the northern end of the village in a quiet street. It is only a few hundred metres from the entrance to Chinaman's Beach and the White Gums coastal walk.
Key Features - An original Hyams Beach holiday house, this home has plenty of space for all. Featuring a garden flat with bunk beds, a downstairs recreation area and upstairs front and back decks, there is ample room for everyone.
Configuration - Tulip Beach House is a double storey configuration, with separate garden flat that contains the fourth bedroom with two single beds. All living areas are upstairs, with laundry, single garage and undercover play areas downstairs. The laundry has a toilet and shower for use by the garden flat. Upstairs and inside the main house, the lounge and dining have access to the deck at the front of the house which has an outdoor setting for alfresco dining. The deck is large and has great views. There are three bedrooms in the main house: one adjacent to the lounge with two single beds, one queen room, and one double room. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin.
Outdoors - There is an enclosed back yard with outdoor shower. The front deck runs along the front of the house and is a great living space. The rear deck is also spacious and has a gas barbecue.

Parking - There is a single car garage and room on the driveway for up to three additional cars.

Heating and Cooling - Tulip Beach House comes with three electric heaters.
Minimum Stays - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to seven night blocks during the peak period. The peak period runs December to January.
Peak Changeover Day - Please note that during the peak period our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the rosters manageable for our cleaners. Please understand this requirement.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
