"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - The property is at the northern end of the village. It is close to Chinaman's Beach and the national park walks that take you through to Greenfields and Blenheim beaches.
Key Features - With separated living spaces, wood fireplace, a large deck and beautiful views, this home has a great deal to offer. Located at the quieter end of Hyams Beach, Amazing Views is a perfect holiday home for a relaxing getwaway. A brand new kitchen and carpeting offers a new level of comfort. The breakfast bar overlooking Jervis bay is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee whilst looking outfor the passing whales or pods of dolphins.
Configuration - A great kids area downstairs with bedroom (two single beds and two trundles) a separate bathroom and living area, again, boasting views of the Bay. The main living area of the house is upstairs where dining, kitchen and lounge are at the front of the house wrapped around by a large deck. The large lounge has a wood fire for wintery nights. The deck has sensational views, is a great size and has an outdoor setting and BBQ area. Bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located at the back of the house where there is also access to the back yard.
Outdoors - Amazing Views has a level backyard that backs on to the bush. The house is set up high and back from the street. The front deck offers up amazing views of the bay and is a great space for outdoor living.
Heating and Cooling - There is a ceiling fan and a combustion wood fireplace in the living room.
Linen - Amazing Views does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by tenant or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is off (and on) street parking for multiple cars. Pleasebe aware the driveway is quite steep.
Pets -Amazing Views is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
