"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Nestled towards the top of Hyams Road (a quiet cul-de-sac) and adjoining a lovely creek and natural bushland, Shanti is centrally located relative to the various beaches and the cafe.
Key Features - Shanti has a lovely rear garden, good decking and is a safe, pet friendly option as well.
Configuration - Shanti is a doube storey home. The front door is on ground level and opens into a good sized lounge and tv area, with a door leading through to a queen bedroom. A shower, loo and laundry are also located on this level, near the rear door that leads out to the back garden. Upstairs the house has a dining room, kitchen, second shower and toilet,three bedrooms, and an internal sunroom / balcony. The main queen room has its own adjoining deck overlooking the back garden and the creek. There is then a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed (sleeping three). The house is north facing with good natural light upstairs.
Outdoors - Shanti adjoins a creek and its riverine bush at the rear of the property. There are lovely bush aspects from nearly all parts of the house, and the rear garden is a lovely area to sit and relax under the trees.
Heating and Cooling - 18 Hyams comes with a pedestal fan and wood fireplace.
Linen - Shanti provides linen and bath towels. Please however remember to bring your beach towels.
Parking - There is space for two cars in the driveway and there is a reinforced grass parking space in the front garden.
Pets - Shanti is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
