Location - Majestic - Upstairs is located in a prime strip of houses on Greville Avenue, with private access to the Palm Beach waterfront. There are many attractions and amenities nearby - The St Georges Basin Club and golf course, Huskisson, Vincentia, Hyams Beach and the beautiful Booderee National Park. That is assuming you will want to leave the place once you settle in. You may just choose to relax and only walk to the nearby Greville Avenue Store & Cafe!
Key Features - Majestic - Upstairs oozes style and comfort, and has tranquil views of the St Georges Basin - accessed via private stairs to the beach. It is therefore a perfect couples only getaway - fully equipped and supplied with quality furnishings, linen and towels!
Configuration - Majestic - Upstairs has a ground floor entrance foyer, with private stairs leading up to the unit upstairs. The unit itself is open plan in style and has a large king bedroom with breakfast nook, a huge bathroom to die for (that can be closed off), a lounge and tv area that opens onto the large private deck, complete with your own outside counch, table and BBQ.
Majestic - Upstairs has shared use of a washing machine and dryer, located inside the lock up garage on the downstairs level.
Outdoors - Majestic - Upstairs has a very large private deck facing the water with a lounge area and BBQ. The unit also its own set of stairs leading down to the waterfront area, which is a short walk from Palm Beach. You can relax and enjoy the deck, or go for walks along the waterfront!
Heating and Cooling - The unit can be opened up to catch any available breeze and has large sliding doors (with insect screens) and louvre windows on every aspect of the house. There is a also a heater for the cooler months.
Linen - Linen and bath towels are supplied at Majestic - Upstairs. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking - Parking for Majestic (Upstairs guests) is on the lawn to the right of the driveway. It is off street but not under cover. There is also generally additional parking available on Greville Avenue.
Pets - Majestic - Upstairs is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Special Information - Please be aware that 210 Greville is split into two levels - the Couples Retreat upstairs, and a 3 bedroom unit downstairs. Each unit has its own private access from the street, private deck and BBQ, and private access to the beach.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
