Special information -This house is suitable for a MAXIMUM of 8 guests, comprising a MAXIMUM of 4 adults and 4 children, please. If you are found to have booked for more than 8 guests or more than 4adults you will be evicted immediately. Permanent residents live on both sides and across the street from thisproperty and they will report breaches immediately to our office.
Location - Munggura is located on the high side of Tulip Street, within an easy walk of either the middle beach at Hyams or Chinamans Beach. The home has a lovely, elevated position, with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. It also backs onto National Park land, giving it an added sense of privacy and tranquility.

Configuration - Munggura is spread over two levels, configured as follows:
Upstairs has two bedrooms, a large deck with bay views, and the open plan living - dining - kitchen area. The master king bedroom has French doors that open to a balcony with bay views, and the second bedroom on this level has two bunks, sleeping four The bathroom has full tiling, high quality Duravit fittings, heated towel rails and a Philippe Starck designed loo! The lovely pool is accessed adjoins the dining area, with safety fencing so that you don't have to worry about the kids. The pizza oven entertaining area is accessed from the kitchen, and it also has views ofJervis Bay and Booderee National Park.
Downstairs has two bedrooms (one queen, and one with a bunk bed),a separate tv / rumpus room, and a shared bathroom. The front door and entrance hall is also located on this level, with a covered alcove for easy access to the house in any weather!
Outdoors - Mungurra has plenty of outdoor options, including the main deck with stunning views of Jervis Bay. The salt water, solar heated pool also has water views, an outdoor shower, large wooden bench seats and a paved entertainment space. An additional entertaining area to the rear of the house has a built in pizza oven and views to Booderee National Park / the bay.
Heating and Cooling - the master bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the bi-fold doors from the living room to the main deck can be opened up to catch any available breeze. The living area has a gas fireplace for the cooler months.
Linen - Munggura does supply linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking - Mungurra has driveway, off street parking for up to three cars. The shed on the driveway is for the owners' use only.
Pets - Munggura is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
