430 Elizabeth Drive, Vincentia or "Puerta Del Sol" is a large, luxurious beach house that accommodates 12 guests across four large bedrooms. The home has three separate lounge areas, a large open plan kitchen / dining room, multiple outdoor patio areas, as well as lovely lawn areas for the kids to play. It is a perfect beach house for a large family gathering or a group of friends - within easy walking distance of Nelsons or Blenheim Beach. You have direct access via a bush track to the beach - as seen in the stunning aerial photos of this fantastic home!Please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels.
Location -Puerta Del Sol is in a fantastic location - right on the Nelson Beach reserve. From the back gate, you have direct access to Nelson Beach along a pretty bush track. The house is also an easy walk to Blenheim, Greenfields or even Hyams Beach. The Vincentia or Huskisson shops

Configuration -Puerta Del Sol is a two-storey configured as follows:
Downstairs has the double lock up garage, entrance hall, adjacent laundry, an extra large bedroom with a kids' annexe, a shared bathroom, a huge open plan kitchen, dining andlounge room with floor to ceiling windows everywhere and a wood fired stove for the cooler months. The lovely front and rear gardens and lawns, a large outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ, and a courtyard deck are also on this level - providing many indoor / outdoor living options. The ground floor of this house is huge, welcoming and equipped with everything you need.
Upstairs has three additional bedrooms (all with built in robes) that share a common spa bathroom. In addtion there is a third lounge area so that a large group in the house can spread out, or it is a perfect place for the kids to watch a movie whilte the adults relax downstairs!
Outdoors - Puerta Del Sol is blessed with many outdoor options, and the property is fenced to the beach side, yet open to the road. The gardens have beautiful plants and palm trees, and there is plenty of lawn. At the rear / beach side of the property, there is a large covered outdoor entertaining with lovely timber decks adjoining it. On the north side of the house, there is also a private courtyard area, with timber decking. The Blenheim beach reserve is right at the rear gate, offering additional open space for a game or cricket, and the beach path is right on your doorstep, along a pretty bush track that leads through a patch of native coastal forest!
Heating and cooling- Puerta Del Sol has a lovely sun aspect and can be opened right up to catch any available breeze. The main kitchen / dining area is equipped with ceiling fans, and the main lounge room has a wood combustion stove or agas heater for the cooler months.
Linen -Puerta Del Sol does not supply linen and towels. They are to be supplied by the guest or canbe arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking -Puerta Del Sol has off-street parking for up to three cars on the driveway. A boat can also be parked on the street side of the house. The double lock up garage is reserved for the owner's use.

Minimum stay -there is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
