Location - Sandpiper is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach close to both the beach and cafe and virtually backing onto Booderee National Park.
Key Features - This house has large living spaces and entertainment areas with plenty of room to escape.
Configuration - Sandpiper is a well designed homesplit over two levels. An open plan lounge, kitchen and dining are downstairs, leading on to a north facing deck with outdoor dining and BBQ. The bedrooms comprise a master queen room upstairs with its own balcony, good en-suite and views over Jervis Bay! Downstairs, one finds a second queen room, a third bedroom with twosingle beds, and a second bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. Sandpiper also has a separate laundry and outdoor clothes line - all very spacious and well designed.
Outdoors - Sandpiper has a nativegardens around the property, a sunny balcony upstairs, an outdoor eatingand BBQ area adjacent to the living room, and clothes line area off the laundry. It has numerous, good outdoor options within its very clever and compact design!
Heating and Cooling - 1 Lister is set with two movable heaters in two of the bedrooms and has split system air-conditioning which is located in the living room and can spread throughout the whole house. Sandpiper is also equipped with ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Linen - Sandpiper provides linen for guests. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking - There is off street parking for two cars and a single garage.
Pets - Sandpiper is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

Internet / Wi-Fi access- NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
