If you have any problems with your house, please first do the common sense checks e.g. check electrical metre box for any tripped fuses, make sure all cables are connected and the like.

If you have a problem with gas supply to your house for hot water, cooking or heating, please also consult the instructions in the welcome booklet that you receive upon arrival and make sure that the gas bottle in use is full.  If not, try switching over to a fresh, full bottle.  Again instructions are in the welcome booklet.
