Where will I be?
A Wave From it All is located on the high side of Tulip Street, within an easy walk of either the middle beach at Hyams or Chinamans Beach.This stunning property is situated in an elevated position and enjoysfantastic views of Jervis Bay - from either the main living level, and especially from the upstairs master bedroom suite!After your morning dip in the pool it is also just a short stroll to the famous Hyams Beach Cafe.

How is the property laid out?
A Wave From it All is set over three levels. The bottom level has the double lock up garage, a garden area, a European laundry and one of the four bedrooms - beautifully renovated and with its own en-suite bathroom. The middle level of the house has the main deck, pool area, large living room, kitchen, and dining. In addition, there are two bedrooms on this level, one en-suite and one with its own bathroom directly across the hallway from it. The top level of the house is has a huge master bedroom suite with bathroom, walk in robe, day bed and private balcony with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. The house is accessed from Tulip Street via the front garden. The front door opens into the main living level.
What about outdoors?
A Wave From it All is a fully fenced property, giving total privacy to the front and back gardens that are fully landscaped with reflection pools, potted plants, play areas and garden lighting.
The main living area in the house has a large ocean facing deck that is perfect for indoor / outdoor living. In addition, the pool is surrounded by good sized deck areas and the master bedroom suite on the top level has its own private balcony.
For the kids, the downstairs bedroom has an adjoining under cover area - perfect for staying out of the sun, or for getting outside if there is rain about. And finally...when you come back from the beach, there is an outdoor shower with hot and water.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
A Wave From it All has split system heating and cooling in the main living area, as well as a fireplace in the lounge room. The master bedroom suite also has split system heating and cooling, and each bedroom has ceiling fans. The house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, duvets, luxury linen,bath and swimming pool towels are all provided at this property.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
A Wave From it All has parking on the driveway for 4 vehicles. The garage is reserved for owner use. Street parking is available, but be forewarned that competition can be fierce for spaces during long weekends and the peak days of the summer season!
Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Due to Council restrictions, the air conditioning units need to be turned off at 10pm to reduce noise for neighbours. Please assist by observing this rule.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
The main television has surround sound with Netflix.
