The Ishtar Apartments are located in the centre of Huskisson, right on Currambene St. The hub of activity and events for all ages, this coastal town knows how to entertain with cafes, restaurants, dolphin cruises, diving, local cinema, occasional markets, parks, multiple beach hotspots and the famous Husky wharf all a few minutes away.

How is the apartment laid out?
Unit 6is a single level apartment on the second floor of the Ishtar building. Composed of two bedrooms and one bathroom, Unit 6boasts a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area including a balcony with great room for outdoor dining.
Bedroom one offers a queen bed and bedroom two has another queen bed - ideal for groups of 4 or couples looking for a spacious getaway. Unit 6includes a shower, bath and toilet in a modern bathroom setting. Each apartment also comes fully equipped with a laundry, so washing and drying is not a problem during your stay.
All in all, the relaxed luxury of this apartment will make for a very liveable holiday home, no matter your group size.
Will I have access to WIFI, internet, Netflix or Pay TV?
The Ishtar Apartments do provide complimentary wifi via NBN. Please however use your own Netflix, Stan or other streaming account.
Please note that there is no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. Very important; if internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
What about outdoors?
Whether youre dining outside or need some fresh air, Unit 6has a good sized balcony with seating to fit all the family. Open up the doors to the balcony for an extended living area that makes for easy kitchen to table serving.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
All Ishtar Apartments offer a reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. No matter the weather, the temperature can be set just as you like during your stay.
The large sliding doors to the deck can also be opened to catch the sea breeze on those warmer days.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at the Ishtar Apartments, and all beds will be made up on arrival. Please bring your own beach towels as well!
Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our apartments generally do not supply food items.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is a designated, secure off-street parking lot for all Ishtar guests. This has a private entrance that is accessible from both Currambene and Hawke Streets. Each unit has a dedicated parking space, so no need for the mad rush to grab a park out the front. Lift access is available to all floors, as well as stairs and an outdoor rest area on Level 2.
In addition, the Ishtar Apartments offer secure entry to the building to ensure peace of mind throughout your stay.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Unfortunately the Ishtar Apartments dont allow pets, but feel free to contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
