How is the property laid out?

To the left is the kitchen, complete with dishwasher and a laundry, with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom, with a king bed, built in robes andfloor to ceiling windows has direct access to the large bathroom. The second bedroom, with the tribunk, is on the other side of the bathroom.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
The Smart TV can however access Netflix, SBS On Demand andYoutube. You may use these services during your stay - but with no guarantee as to their reliability.
What about outdoors?
There is a small, covered courtyard outside where you will find a BBQ and outdoor setting, perfect for those evening BBQs.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
Mira Beach has reverse cycle Aircon to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You can also open the doors and windows to catch the breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen and bath towels are provided at Mira Beach. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for one car in the undercover carport next to the entrance of the villa. There is also plenty of street parking along Duncan Street.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Mira Beach is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
