PLEASE NOTE:

Two of the threebedrooms are loft style rooms, with steep ladders to climb. As such this home may not be suitable if you are travelling with very young children or older family members.

Where will I be?

Sea Loft is 100metresfrom the main beach at Hyams and is also a short, easy stroll to the Hyams Beach Cafe. The house is set back off the road and has a rear deck and yard that provides plenty of privacy despite the central location - a perfect combination! The local towns of Vincentia and Huskisson are a short drive away, as is Booderee National Park.

Why choose Sea Loft?

This loft style beach house has many great features. A large back yard offers plenty of space for the whole family, and the high ceilings and northerly aspect allows for plenty of natural light.

How is the property laid out?

When you enter Sea Loft you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Downstairs is the queen bedroom and bathroom, and out the back in a separate building in the laundry. There are two steep ladders, each leading up to a bedroom with two single beds. Please note that these ladders are steep, and are not suitable for younger children. Please look carefully at the photos before deciding if this home is suitable for your stay.

What about outdoors?

There is a large front deck at Sea Loft with a BBQ and table and chairs. There is also a deck at the rear of the house that overlooks the large backyard. You will find an outdoor shower near the separate lock up garage.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

Sea Loft has split system air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the ocean breeze.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Linen is supplied at Sea Loft. Please remember to bring your own beach towels though!

Parking for cars?

There is plenty of room to park up to threecars on the driveway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sea Loft is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!

What are the minimum stay rules?

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

Are there any special Peak Season rules?

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

NBN is progressively rolling out along the South Coast of NSW. If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
